GPUBank vs OVHcloud
OVHcloud is a French cloud provider, OVH Groupe SA of Roubaix, that rents NVIDIA GPU instances by the hour or the month, mostly from Gravelines, plus AI notebooks and training jobs billed per minute. It rents the H100 as PCIe only, at $2.99 per GPU-hour; GPUBank charges $1.35 for an H100 PCIe and $1.85 for an H100 SXM. OVHcloud has a 99.99 % SLA and a long certification list; GPUBank costs less, lists newer GPUs and takes crypto.

The verdict
SLA, certifications and managed AI tools at OVHcloud. Lower prices and newer GPUs at GPUBank.
OVHcloud suits European buyers who need SecNumCloud, HDS or ISO 27001 paperwork, a 99.99 % SLA and managed Kubernetes, notebooks and training jobs. For the four GPUs both of us rent, GPUBank costs 55 to 69 % less per GPU-hour on demand. OVHcloud has no spot tier, bills instances until they are deleted and starts charging for public IPv4 on 1 October 2026. Its monthly billing narrows the gap for steady workloads, and it takes cards and PayPal where GPUBank takes crypto.

Moving from OVHcloud takes an afternoon.
OVHcloud instances run on OpenStack, so images, volumes and snapshots export with standard OpenStack tools. Outbound traffic is free in European regions.
- 1Launch the same GPU on GPUBank with a persistent disk in Paris or Frankfurt.
- 2Copy data from OVHcloud volumes with rsync, or export a volume snapshot with the OpenStack CLI.
- 3Run the same Docker image or pick the matching template, then delete OVHcloud instances.
