GPUBank vs Yotta Shakti Cloud
Yotta Shakti Cloud is the Indian sovereign GPU cloud of Yotta Data Services, a Hiranandani Group company, selling H100, L40S, B200 and B300 as VMs, bare metal, SLURM and Kubernetes clusters, AI Lab workstations and serverless GPUs from Navi Mumbai and Greater Noida. Prices are in INR; its on-demand H100 VM converts to $3.71 per GPU-hour, against $1.85 at GPUBank. Yotta is built for Indian data residency and multi-year bare metal terms; GPUBank rents on demand in four countries at lower hourly rates.

The verdict
Indian data residency and long bare metal terms at Yotta. Lower on-demand prices and published platform terms at GPUBank.
Yotta suits Indian enterprises, government and BFSI buyers that need capacity in India, with SOC 2, ISO 27001 and Tier IV data centers. On demand, GPUBank costs 50 % less for an H100 SXM and 62 % less for an L40S, once Yotta's INR prices are converted. On long commitments Yotta can be cheaper: an 8-GPU B200 node on a 5-year term works out to $2.91 per GPU-hour, below our $4.15 on demand. Yotta publishes no SLA figure, status page, CLI or payment methods; GPUBank publishes all of these.

Moving from Yotta Shakti Cloud takes an afternoon.
Yotta runs VMs, containers and bare metal with standard tools, and object storage is S3-compatible. Traffic on GPU products is included, so moving data out has no listed fee on those products.
- 1Launch the same GPU on GPUBank with a persistent disk in Singapore or the region closest to your users.
- 2Copy data from VMs with rsync, or from Shakti object storage with an S3 client such as rclone.
- 3Run the same image on GPUBank, then deactivate Yotta resources with a Service Change Form in the console.

A few things you might be wondering.
On demand, yes. Yotta lists the H100 VM at 356 INR per hour, about $3.71 per GPU-hour. GPUBank charges $1.85 per GPU-hour for an H100 SXM, billed per second with no term. On a 2-year bare metal term Yotta's H100 drops to $2.64.
On a long commitment, yes. An 8-GPU B200 bare metal node on a 5-year term works out to $2.91 per GPU-hour. GPUBank rents a single B200 SXM at $4.15 on demand, or 20 % less on a 1-week or 1-month reservation.
Yes. All Shakti Cloud capacity runs in Navi Mumbai and Greater Noida, and Yotta positions it for India's DPDP Act and data residency. GPUBank has no region in India; its closest region is Singapore.
Yotta's docs only say the checkout offers various payment options; cards, UPI, wire and crypto are not listed. GPUBank is paid from a USD balance topped up in Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum and more than a dozen other coins, from $25.
Not as a figure. The serverless page says SLA-backed without a percentage, and no status page is published. GPUBank's terms set a 99.9 % monthly target per region, and it runs a public status page.
Without. Every price on this page excludes VAT and sales tax, for Yotta Shakti Cloud and for GPUBank, so the two columns compare like for like. Tax is added at checkout according to where the buyer is based.
