## Verdict

**Indian data residency and long bare metal terms at Yotta. Lower on-demand prices and published platform terms at GPUBank.**

Yotta suits Indian enterprises, government and BFSI buyers that need capacity in India, with SOC 2, ISO 27001 and Tier IV data centers. On demand, GPUBank costs 50 % less for an H100 SXM and 62 % less for an L40S, once Yotta's INR prices are converted. On long commitments Yotta can be cheaper: an 8-GPU B200 node on a 5-year term works out to $2.91 per GPU-hour, below our $4.15 on demand. Yotta publishes no SLA figure, status page, CLI or payment methods; GPUBank publishes all of these.

Score over 21 points: GPUBank ahead on 12, even on 2, Yotta Shakti Cloud ahead on 7.
