GPUBank vs Shadeform
Shadeform, Inc. is a US GPU marketplace: it runs no infrastructure of its own and resells on-demand instances from 19 other clouds, such as Lambda, Nebius, Crusoe and Hyperstack, through one console, API and wallet. Its lowest H100 SXM listing is $1.95 per GPU-hour on an 8-GPU node, sold out in every listed region on the check date; GPUBank rents a single H100 SXM at $1.85. Shadeform has a far wider catalogue, but on the check date its cheapest bookable listing cost more than GPUBank on every GPU both rent; GPUBank is one operator with its own SLA, included traffic and crypto top-ups.

The verdict
More GPUs, clouds and regions at Shadeform. One operator, all-in prices and crypto at GPUBank.
Shadeform suits teams that want to compare and launch GPUs across many clouds with one bill, or spend credits they already hold on those clouds. On the check date, GPUBank was cheaper than the cheapest bookable Shadeform listing on every GPU both rent: H200 at $4.00, H100 PCIe at $2.73, RTX PRO 6000 at $2.19, A100 SXM at $1.38, L40S at $1.50 and RTX 4090 at $0.60. Lower listings, such as B200 at $3.74, H200 at $2.25 and RTX PRO 6000 at $0.99 on 8-GPU nodes, were sold out in every listed region, as were all H100 SXM, B200 and RTX 5090 listings. Each Shadeform listing inherits the reselling cloud's hardware, network and SLA; GPUBank runs its own four regions under one SLA target, includes traffic and IPv4, and lets you stop an instance and pay only for its disk.

- Crypto top-ups from $25; Shadeform publishes cards and invoices only
Moving from Shadeform takes an afternoon.
Shadeform instances are standard VMs or bare metal on the reselling clouds, so data and images move with standard tools. Volumes are tied to one cloud and region and cannot move, so copy the data out before deleting.
- 1Launch the same GPU on GPUBank with a persistent disk in the region you need.
- 2Copy data and models from the Shadeform instance with rsync over SSH, or push images to a registry.
- 3Run the same Docker image on GPUBank, then delete the Shadeform instance and its volume.

A few things you might be wondering.
Yes. Shadeform's lowest H100 SXM listing is $1.95 per GPU-hour on an 8-GPU node, and it was sold out in every listed region on the check date, like every other H100 SXM listing. GPUBank charges $1.85 for one H100 SXM and $1.35 for an H100 PCIe, where Shadeform's cheapest bookable listing was $2.73 and its $1.66 listing was sold out.
No. Shadeform is a marketplace that resells instances from 19 other clouds, including Lambda, Nebius, Crusoe, Hyperstack and Vultr, and says it adds no fees or markup. Each instance inherits that cloud's hardware, network and SLA. GPUBank operates its own GPUs in Paris, Frankfurt, Ashburn and Singapore.
Nowhere among the GPUs both rent, counting only listings that could be booked on the check date. Its cheapest bookable H200 was $4.00, RTX PRO 6000 $2.19 and RTX 4090 $0.60, against $2.49, $1.15 and $0.23 on GPUBank. Lower listings, such as B200 at $3.74, H200 at $2.25 and RTX PRO 6000 at $0.99 on 8-GPU nodes, were sold out in every listed region. Shadeform also lists models GPUBank does not, such as the RTX A6000 from $0.50.
No. Shadeform's API has no stop state, so an instance runs until you delete it, and billing ends when it enters deleting. On GPUBank a stopped instance costs only its persistent disk, at $0.03 per GB-month.
Shadeform does not publish crypto payments. It lists credit and debit cards and invoice payments on request, and its terms say fees are non-refundable, with no refund under $500. GPUBank is paid from a USD balance topped up in Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum and more than a dozen other coins.
Without. Every price on this page excludes VAT and sales tax, for Shadeform and for GPUBank, so the two columns compare like for like. Tax is added at checkout according to where the buyer is based.
